Hi all,

I purchase Swiss Travel pass from the reseller, I found that it cannot be added to SBB app. Is there anyway I can use the Swiss Travel pass to purchase the train ticket in advance (I afraid the route I need may be sold out)?

And how can I purchase multiple tickets at 1 time (I travel with my wife, which also has Swiss Travel pass, and my 3 years old son).

If you did not purchase your Swiss Travel Pass on the SBB website, you cannot add it to your SBB Mobile app. In this case please show the PDF to the controller.

To purchase multiple tickets in one order, you have to add the passengers in the step Ticket options. Just tipe on the little pen next to your name and then choose Enter co-passenger.

Thanks for your help, that answers most of my questions. For the ticket online, I got another piece of advice there is a seat reservation on the SBB website.

In Switzerland it is not obligatory to make seat reservations on every train (except Panorama trains).
If you want to make a seat reservation, you can do so here.
