The last products with student discount have been discontinued by 2020.
Nowadays, all available kids or youth discounts are by age, regardless of the type of education.
Note that the minimum contract duration for the regular GA Travelcard (even with monthly bill) is 6 months. At universities, a semester lecture period is usually shorter than that, around 4 months.
There’s however also a more expensive 1-month GA Travelcard available (also in a youth flavor), which is valid one month.
