Given the ticket is a regular ticket, you can cancel it and repurchase for the new traveller. https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html Saver tickets cannot be cancelled, they are lost and you must repurchase another one.
