Innsbruck to Zurich ticket

Hello,
I’m trying to book a ticket from Innsbruck to Zurich leaving Innsbruck at 15:47. However when you click in the details in the Journey Information, you see a message: Limited service Zürich HB - Innsbruck Hbf
Limited rail services between Zürich HB and Innsbruck Hbf.
This is due to engineering work.
Line EC 163 und EC 164 will be diverted. Reservations are not possible on these trains.
….
So my question is this EC 164 train, will I be arriving in Zurich at 19:20 - ie. is this a valid train still? I don’t quite understand why the message says EC 164 will be diverted. If this train isn’t running why are users able to buy the ticket?

This train is running and will be diverted, the arrival in Zürich will be at 20:48. The information is to explain why you need more time as usual.

You can buy tickets for this train and board it without seat reservation. Reservations are not mandatory in Austria and Switzerland.
