Hello i would like to ask.Yesterday i bought ticket from Zurich HB to Bratislava Hlavna stanica at 9. september 12:40. First i found the ticket and price was 79 CHF with seat reservation. Then i must check the date and my website crash. When i checked it again the price was 104 CHF . I think its not fair to the customer raise the price after i expressed interest and i dont believe that much people bought the ticket in the same time .My friend tried it do it in some and he had also Higher price. Today morning i checked the price and the price was 79CHF Do you have any solution for this? Thank you

Discounted prices are unpredictable and nobody knows how they are calculated. You have no guarantee that they are always the same.

But, after a crash of the system, the tickets may still be reserved for.a certain time and the system could mean that all tickets with a price of 79 CHF are sold out if you ask again.

Danhiel yes i know they are unpredictable but my friend from other house tried open the website with the ticket and price was raising to 156 CHF…Could i return ticket ?

Pieder You can obtain a full refund for flexible tickets until the day before the departure. For discounted tickets, it depends of the conditions. Call the SBB Contact Center with this number or visit a ticket office:

I can’t find any ticket for 156 CHF for Railjet Zürich HB to Bratislava. May be it is a good idea to check offers at ÖBBTicketshop.
