I wanted to ask a question about changing a date of my train tickets without a fee while I was not logged in.
Two days ago I bought two train tickets for the 31st August (around 20 franks each) while I was not logged in. Unfortunately, I need those tickets for the 29th of August. Now I registered in and would like to change the date (I found there is an online form for this). I wanted to ask, if there is any chance to change that without paying 10 CHF for each ticket?
