fail to show the Swisspass on mobile app & cannot confirm the address

I have newly registered for Swisspass and did the online identity check, as well as purchasing the half-fare ticket. I would like to have it delivered to my address and when I want to confirm the address, it shows:
“An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.”

I have tried couple of times more later but not sure what’s the status of it and may I know how long does it take for the swisspass to be sent to my address ?

or how can I activate it on the mobile app first at the moment ?

Did you purchase the resident’s Half Fare Card (CHF 190) or the tourist’s Swiss Half Fare Card (CHF 120)?

Only the resident’s Half Fare Card is using the red SwissPass card, which is only sent to Swiss addresses. It is impossible to use the app as long as you have not received the card.

Can you tell us what card you have purchased?

I have purchased the resident’s half fare card (CH 190) and I have a Siwss address, may be it’s because I have not receive the physical card yet then.

I saw this in the website “We are currently processing your application for a new SwissPass. We will contact you if we require further information.” May I know app. how long would it take for the process and delivery ?

Hello hyasum

The card is dispatched to your home address within 10 days. A temporary card is available from the train station’s ticket office.

It can be added to your mobile phone upon receipt. However, the SBB Mobile app is only valid if you have the red Swiss Pass card or an identity card with you.
