Is there a way to enter the Swiss Half Fare Card into the SBB app manually?

You are talking about the Swiss Half Fare Card; it is not a pass as it does not grant any free travel.

No, you cannot add the Swiss Half Fare Card to your account if it was not purchased as a registered user.

You can simply activate the ½ fare option in the travellers settings. How this is done I explained in a response to another user:

No. I can’t, as I am not telepathic. And you are confusing us as you first asked about how to load the Half Fare Card, suggesting that you have already purchased one.

If you however have not yet purchased the Half Fare Card, and are having issues buying it on line maybe just wait till you are here, and buy it here at the station.

Let me clarify. I was able to purchase the Swiss Half Fare card for myself and was able to do it through the SBB site so it is now on my SBB app.However, I have 2 other couples who will be traveling with us and I’m trying to help them purchase their half fare card like I did, but they keep getting errors. I appreciate whatever help you can give me. Thank you so much!
