I have a ticket issue with SBB from my visit to Zurich and Interlaken this month
The travel center at the airport said I would need to resolve through online customer support the refund for this issue, several numbers given to me starting with “0” for SBB do not work with the +41 exit code from the USA. Email does not work as well, I get a auto reply that SBB does not respond to emails.
Any help with a valid number I can use?
