The express service is only offered from door-to-door. Furthermore, for customs reasons, the flight luggage service cannot be offered for outbound flights to Switzerland.
When arriving at the airport, you can only use the regular station-to-station or regular station-to-door luggage services. This means, your luggage is delivery two days later counted from the day of check-in at the SBB Travel Center.
The item fee is per item (baggage) you would like to transfer.
When travelling as a group of 10+ people, you should do a group reservation.
