overseas mobile registration

Hi, i registered for an account online. I was not able to use it and i bought manually over the counter. I realized while it accepted my email address, when it sends verification to my mobile number (which is an overseas number), i do not get the notification. I tried it several times. Is it bec it is an overseas number? Our number is 8 digit plus 2 country codes. Pls advise. It is a bit frustrating bec we cannot do it online.

For a tourist there is definitely no need to perform the mobile registration. I assume that in the process of purchasing a product, you followed the wrong link and now ended up at the creation of an account for a resident.

Can you please let us know in what product you are interested in? We will guide you accordingly.
