Hello Hodge
The routes you are mentioning are operated by Mitteldeutsche Bahn or Deutsche Bahn. On this platform, we are focusing on transportation in Switzerland. You have to refer to their websites for further information.
As a general saying on the bicyle transportation in Baden-Würtemberg:
Bicycles can be taken free of charge on almost all local trains with multi-purpose compartments at certain times (outside rush hour): Monday to Friday until 6 a.m. and from 9 a.m. and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. There may also be special regulations on individual routes. Please note: Children’s bicycles carried by a person under the age of 6 are always free of charge.
If the free carriage does not apply, the bwFAHRRAD ticket is offered in the bwtarif. The ticket must only be purchased in these cases:
- between 6 am and 9 am (Mondays to Fridays, on working days) and
- on certain routes listed in the:
- Annex 3 of the bwtarif conditions of carriage
- The bwFAHRRAD ticket costs 6 euros and, in conjunction with a bwtarif ticket, allows you to take a bicycle with you on local and regional trains and regional buses. The ticket is only required if the transport is not free of charge according to the conditions of carriage of the respective transport company.
Kind regards,
Roland
