Delays and trains getting cancel increasingly

I live in the country side . So for me public transport is the only way i have to get to my work place, meetings , etc. lately and several times i have been late at work cause unexpected delays or cancelled connections. Is completely unfair as i am a person who pay an abonament and when you cancel or one of ur trains,trams etc have delays anyone take any responsability

As i was writing this message the train THAT I AM IN get cancelled and we have to get out of the train in the next stop and take a new connection . Once again late to work thanks to sbb 👏🏼 no refund no one take responsabilty
