Please help. I’m in Canada and am trying to purchase 15 day travel passes for my wife & me. I have an account with SBB. I cannot get in to buy the passes as they are asking for a Customer Number or a Travel Card. I don’t have either. At least not that I can see. How do I go about buying these passes. Your help will be most appreciated. Thanks.
