Half-fare Travelcard refund

Hi everyone,

I will no longer be staying in Switzerland, so I would like to get a refund for the Half-Fare Card I purchased three months ago.
Since I don’t have a bank account here, I cannot cancel it on the website. Can I cancel it at an agent’s office and get a partial refund in cash?

Have you ever checked the T&Cs of the Half Fare Travelcard before buying or posting this?
See section „Refunds“. I wouldn‘t recommend the first listed option for a partial refund…
