How to contact lost and found

Hi,
I was visiting Switzerland last week and I lost my headphones on Mount Jungfrau. A few days later they were in Grindelwald terminal and after speaking with them they said they would send the headphones to the SBB on Friday and I could contact them. I’ve called the number on the website which is the same one I was given from Grindelwald terminal, and since Saturday it says this service is unavailable. Is there any other way to contact SBB lost and found?

Lost property objects are sent to the lost property central offices daily and are then registered. This registration enables a better classification of objects for the repatriation to their owners.

Therefore you have to file a lost property report. The easiest way to report a lost item is by filling out a lost property report online: www.sbb.ch/en/find
Please make an as detailed description as possible of your item and where/when you lost it.

On the basis of the incoming found property reports or found objects, you will be informed after 4 and 10 days on the status of your lost property report by e-mail.
