For the past 3 days, I stayed in Wilderswil and had an interlaken guest pass given to me by the hotel. However, I was unaware that the pass gave me free access to public transportation in interlaken. As such, I bought many tickets to different parts of interlaken from my hotel. Is it possible for me to receive a refund for these mistakenly bought tickets? Thank you so much.
