Hello. The Brienz schedule is a line closure. 1. When will this line open? 2. I have an Interrail ticket and can I use this ticket to go from Lungern to Interlaken? Because this line is cancelled and it directs me to the bus. Should I buy an additional ticket? Thank you.

The line will probably reopen at the end of September.
You can take the replacement buses from Meiringen to Interlaken without buying a new ticket.

The online timetable on sbb.ch or in the SBB Mobile app is adapted (replacement buses are designated as EV), but perhaps not now for the day of your journey. You have normally a replacement bus every hour for the PE-trains and the travel time is about the same.
