I bought a saber ticket.
I asked for a refund, but it was rejected.
Then is the ticket that I requested for a refund valid?
Or should I buy a new one?

As a general rule, Saver tickets are non-refundable. In a wider sense, yes, you have to buy a new ticket.

If the refund request is rejected, the ticket is valid. (But it is valid only under the same conditions as before the request.)
