How to change tickets timing

Hi,

I am travelling from Milan to Domodossola to Zermatt.

My original train is departing Domodossola at 1640. However, I was told that I require more time to process tax refunds at Domodossola customs.

I would like to change my departing train ticket from Domodossola to Zermatt to 1740. However, i cant find any online channels to do so. Please kindly advise

What kind of ticket do you have? If you have a normal full price ticket you can take any train you want on the Domodossola - Zermatt route. And that without having to do anything at all.

If you have a discounted ticket you can’t. In that case you would need to buy a new ticket.

Hi, I’m not sure what kind of tickets I bought but it states that its a reduced ½ priced ticket because of the Swiss Half Pass. Am i able to take any trains? Thanks!

You should not upload tickets, for security reasons. We cannot access the file anyway.

Does it state Point-to-point ticket, or Supersaver ticket, or Saver Day Pass?

It doesn’t state any of the options.

It only mentions Connection Ticket International, 2nd class Domodossola (I) - Zermatt. Reduced fare ½

And next to the validity date, does it state a specific hour for the departure, and below ‘only valid for’?

Or does it state 00:00 as departure time?

It states 06/09 00:00 and 07/09 05:00

This ticket is valid for any departure from Domodossola on 6 September; it is a full flex ticket and you can continue your journey when the time suits you.
