LaurenD Hello, the date of birth is one day out. Instead of 21/04/1976, the date on the ticket is 20/04/1976. Not sure whether I made the error when booking, or if there was a technical problem.
RolandP Hello LaurenD Thanks for your update. This is not an issue, as long as all other data (names, etc.) is correct, you are welcome to travel with the ticket containing a wrong day of birth. There is indeed a technical glitch that appears with some customers when purchasing the ticket from another timezone. The issue is very rare yet known; it has not been tackled yet by the software engineers yet. Kind regards, Roland @RomanoS
