Hi how can i change my ticket i bought in ssb.ch because my flight was delay from helsinki to milan. Thanks

I suppose that you have a ticket from Milan to Switzerland. If it is exchangeable or refundable, you can call the SBB Contact Center with this number:

+41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).

If you have an Arcobaleno Transfrontaliera Ticket, it should also be possible to cancel it in sbb.ch online and buy a new one.

An Arcobaleno Transfrontaliere ticket is valid for 4 hours, so you can just take the next 2 traisn after the one you booked without any issue.

But also you should not buy tickets for regional trains from airports in advance.This is like the train from Helsinki Airport to the city. It is even the same make and type of train. Buying timed tickets from an airport is rarely a good idea…

Arcobaleno Transfrontaliera Tickets are delivered only if the final destination is in Tessin, for other destinations in Switzerland you receive a Trenord ticket to the border station and after a SBB ticket who can be a Supersaver Ticket with train binding, it is indeed not a good idea to buy timed tickets.
