I have been trying to book international tickets (Interlaken to Milan) for me and my family on the website as it is not available on the app but each time I do it, the payment doesn’t go through. I get to the payment section, put my card details in and then it asks whether I want to pay in CHF or the conversion in AUD. I have tried both and yet none goes through. It will go back to the beginning and a pop up message appears saying that “The payment could not be finalised. Check your card details” I checked my account and money has not been taken. I’m using a non-swiss bank card and didn’t have any problem when I used it to pay for our train trip from Zurich airport to Interlaken so I don’t think it’s my card that is the issue. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
