Hello there, i have some questions and may need your advises.
A small group here, 4 adults (all have swiss half fare card) and one 9-year old kid(has family card).
I have already bought 4 Supersaver tickets (2nd class) from Luzern to Interlaken OST, and got 5 seats reservations. Order date 29.08.2024, Travel date 30.09.2024.
Everything seems well until i found out that the Interrupted service Meiringen - Interlaken Ost will be last till the end of september (it was Sep 3rd before, and now it’s delayed)..
The thing is, 2 of our members (2 old ladies) hate travel by bus ,because they have serious car sick problem, they will probably throw up all the way.
Im thinking of other plans, like go directly from Zurich-Bern to Interlaken, or maybe from Luzern via Olten.In this case, i don’t know if it is possible for me to get a refund for my Luzern-Interlaken supersaver ticket and reservations.
