Whenever I try to link my SwissPass card to my SwissPass account the line “Check your entries” will pop up, however after checking them countless times I can guarantee that the entries (customer number, Postcode and birthday) are indeed correct so I really don’t understand what the problem is. I’d really appreciate if anyone could help me out as I’m about to give up.
