I was with my daughter and the stroller. Luckily I was with other people that could help me bring the stroller and the little one separately up the stairs. How to get help in case one is alone?

Hello, I regret this inconvenience that occurred at the station. If such a case occurs, do not hesitate :

To take an alternative route (if existing)
Look for a SBB staff member
Call the SBB Rail Service at 0848 44 66 88

If you are alone? Simply ask a fellow traveler.

At Zurich Altstetten, you will never be alone given the fact that it is one of the busiest train stations.

However, Zurich Altstetten also has a ramp from each platform, at the west side exits.
