luzern to interlaken ost train canceled and what should I do

I buy Luzern to interlaken ost supersaver ticket in June. the time is 9/21, 8:55am to 10:41am, train ir3084.
but now I can’t find this route( I think is railway somewhere interrupted )
so I wonder my ticket can change other train for free?( IR27 at8:30 or PE at9:06)
or I have to buy new ticket? and can I refund the original one?(because not my problem )

Your ticket will be valid in the next available train, in this case the PE at 09:06 and you must take a remplacement bus from Meiringen to Interlaken Ost. No exchange of the ticket is necessary and it is also valid in the bus.
