If you gonna lose your physical Swiss Travel Pass, it is definitely lost and is not being replaced. You will have to buy a complete new pass.
A purchase receipt or bank statement is never accepted as travel admission.
This is the advantage of an e-ticket that you can reprint at any point in time, if needed.
