Changing lost item delivery option

Hello,

I recently lost a bag and my Italian friend created a lost report. I also created a loss report but they matched the bag with hers when it was thankfully found. She had initially set it to deliver to the local station but I’ve returned home and we would like to change it to foreign delivery.

Unfortunately it won’t let us change the delivery option. Can I call customer support and change this?

Great to gear that your lost bag was found!

Please kindly note, as your support request involves personal data, we cannot treat it through this platform. As the delivery was already initiated, you have to see with the SBB staff whether it can still be changed in the short term. I suggest calling the SBB Contact Center: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur, simply hold the line).
