- If your ticket is a paper ticket, simply see a station travel office to refund your ticket. The administration fee for the refund is CHF 10.
- If your ticket is an online-ticket, and you bought it with your account, you can refund it online; the refund is free of charge.
- If your ticket is an online-ticket, and you bought it as a guest, you can request a refund online. The administration fee for the refund is CHF 10.

Kindly note: the refund must happen before the ticket’s date of validity. A refund at a later stage is only possible, provided the non-use was confirmed by a staff, being a ticket clerk or a train conductor.
