You have to see an agent at a station’s travel center asap or call SBB: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min, waiting times may occur).
Your SwissPass is no longer valid (due to the outdated photo), you have been waiting too long to solve the issue, and, during the next ticket check, you will be reported as a passenger without a valid ticket. Get it done as soon as practical, hence it is the passenger’s responsibility to have a valid ticket.
