Half Fare Card and Swiss Family Card

Hi,
I’m coming from abroad (not a Swiss citizen) traveling to Zermatt by train from Milano with my 13 years old child.
I’ve read on your website that I get a Swiss Family Card with the purchase of a Half Fare Card.
I’ve Purchased the Half Fare card (as guest, since it didn’t worked with Swiss Pass account), but haven’t received the Family Card.
So I’ve searched more and saw a little note somewhere that I had to add my child when purchasing the Half Fare card. How can I add the Family Card retroactively to my account?

You receive the Swiss Family Card free of charge with every Swiss Travel System ticket – at the station or online when you buy your Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card. For online purchases: Buy “as a guest”. You do not need a login.
