Hi,
I was fined in April 2024. I waited for the fine to come by mail, and it never came. Unfortunately, the ticker sir didn’t give me any receipt at the time and I couldn’t find it online as well. I called several time and they told me to wait for the fine at home.
Then, I got today a court letter to pay hundreds of CHF. This company told me the address the letter was sent and it was not the address I gave the ticket sir.
How do I solve this? SBB tells me I can’t pay the fine anymore.
In essence, I never actually say the fine, never saw any document and I don’t know exactly what I’m paying for. I just wanted to pay the 90 chf fine but nobody gave me that chance any time in this whole process.
This sound like fraud because, but not sure how things actually work in Switzerland.
