Provided you have purchased the Swiss Travel Passes from SBB online, they are issued instantly, together with a purchase confirmation e-mail. No physical tickets are being dispatched, whatsoever.
Are you certain that the e-mail was not sent to your SPAM folder and you had entered your e-mail correctly. Did you purchase them as a guest or registered user? In the latter case you should find them on the orders list on your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you other advice than what I have mentioned above. Unless you want contacting SBB to check the case:
