Poinoichou64 I am stuck in clmlntrying to get to Geneva via Zurich. Train is late so I will miss my connection . When I arrive at Zurich what do I have to do to get a new ticket issued for Geneva!
Krist You do not need a new ticket to get to Geneva. If you have a normal ticket it is valid for all trains on the route by default. If you have a supersaver ticket it is valid for the next train if you miss a train due to a delay.
Poinoichou64 Thanks . 2 questions . I have a first class with reserved seats so how do I change that? And otherwise if I don’t want reserved just jump in any first class train to Geneva? Secondly I had a first class from como to Zurich and it was derailed so caught a kk am that became ec 2 but second class. How do I get a refund.
Limeuhu12 Poinoichou64 Hello, Where are you, still at Como? Just go to next train to Lugano - Arth Goldau - Luzern - Geneva or Zurich - Geneva. I am sure you will find your seats in first class. For refund of your tickets + reservations you will find FAQ here https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-international-tickets.html Kind regards Christoph
Krist You do not need reservations. And I am sure that the other train you caught would have had 1st class as well, and that you could have sat there.
