I hope you can help me. I purchased tickets for Golden Pass Express somehow through an email from MOB and I don’t have that purchase on my SBB app. I have since purchased the same route tickets from the SBB app so I have both a hard copy and it’s on the app. Could you please tell me how to cancel the first ticket? I have tried calling the O848 number and also the 4151 number and both are restricted on my phone. Thank you for your help.
