No Email Confirmation

Hello! I purchased Swiss Half Fare card online via sbb.ch. I received the online confirmation and was able to print my document. However, I did not receive an email confirmation. It is not in my SPAM or junk mail. My email address is correct. My payment went through via credit card. I see my pass in my online account. Do I need to worry about not having an email confirmation of the sale? Thanks!

Please login at swisspass.ch. You will find an overview of your subscriptions under the heading Travelcards.
All invoices can be found under the heading Invoices. Our invoices are VAT-compliant and can be used as confirmation of purchase.
If no invoice was generated for the desired period because the subscription was purchased by direct payment, you can also use the account statement as confirmation of purchase.
You can find your account statement in your SwissPass user account under the heading Invoices.
