A few things to notice, please:
- we are a customer help forum run by volunteers; we are not the SBB customer service. We therefore do not have access to the ticketing system.
- for data protection reasons you should never publish ticket information on a publicly accessible website; your ticket or ticket information could be abused.
- tickets may contain up to three typos provided the name is still recognisable and not completely different, and the date of birth is the same as in the passport.
That all said, if you still need to change your ticket, please cancel it and repurchase. Supersaver tickets cannot be cancelled at all.
