I have purchased 11 tickets yesterday as a guest. The tickets are for my friends. The tickets are dated May 27, 2023 from Pont Ceard to Morges alle retour 20chf each. SBB already deducted it from my bank but I didn’t received a confirmation of the tickets ordered to my given email address. How will able to retrieve those data? I click mode of payment twice first through my visa debit it acknowledged the payment but went back to purchase ticket window. So I click puchase again and paid via twint. I will check with my bank tomorrow if there is double purchase. Can you help me with this please? Thank you.
