Hi, I am in Geneve almost a week from today. I wished to buy a saver day pass which to my knowledge is usable in the Swiss Rail network. I will be using it to travel between Geneve and Interlaken.

In case, I opt to cancel it a day or 2 before the travel day, may I get a full refund?

No.

Saver offers are non-refundable in case of non-use. When buying saver offers you are going to sacrify the flexibilty.

If you wish to keep that flexibility you must buy a normal point-to-point ticket as they are refundable until 1 day prior the day of travel.
