Hello, did you order the SwissPass card during the Half Fare Travelcard purchase or did you already have one? If this is your first SwissPass card, you will have to wait until you receive your card by post. Once you have received it, you will be able to view your SwissPass on the SBB Mobile App by logging into the app with the same credentials you registered on swisspass.ch.
