How? Lausanne to Zurich Airport

Hello!

I have a flight from Zurich Airport on Saturday from 9.30.
I just realized that there are no trains and metros during the night and the first direct one to Zurich Flughafen (from Lausanne Gare) is from 5.42, so I will be in Zurich Flughafen train station at 8.12.

I cannot find any information whether the train station is on the exact same location as the airport. Could someone help me out whether that is the case?

The station is at the same location, but you need time to walk to the check-in, give your luggage and pass the security checks. I suggest to travel to Zurich the day before.

Hey ! Thank you for the reply.

Do you think if I am already checked in and have only hand luggage, that i will be able to get there on time, because i cant travel the day before?

The problem could be the security check if a lot of people travel this day and Saturday morning is the start of the weekend. You could perhaps reserve a slot in the priority lane but I never tested this service:
