The QR code is only active once you have got the red physical card. You must connect it with your SwissPass Mobile.
SwissPass Mobile is an extension of your red SwissPass card, it is not a replacement of it.
Please see a counter staff at the train station to get the replacement ticket to be used until your red card has arrived.
