Hello All - i booked a ticket for nov 27th for me and my family as Guest login- from milan to zurich direct train but i realised i need to get out on nov26th- i did fill the form but the call center ive been waiting with no luck-
What options do i have - get to milan and go to ticket counter to change it on no 24th when i get there?
Or can i cancel with a mailbox etc - these are full price tickets no saver passes for me and my 2 kids-
