Refunds of International Connections

I an in US and I must now initiate a refund of SBB international connection ticket at SBB Service Center or by calling +41 848 446688, stated on both website and on app. I can not connect to this number. Any ideas or experiences you can share would be appreciated. Vielen Dank, Merci!

Dear Roland,
I was able to connect to that number, thank you once again. Unfortunately, no one is answering and was referred to a “Revenue Center” but only available Montag-Freitag, 09:00-16:00.
I guess I will try this number again on a normal workday.

Try again now, you probably selected a false option.

Thank you! I will try again, but I will say that the recorded voice said that no one can provide any information at this time and your call can not be forwarded. The voice then said to call the Revenue Center during regular business hours, and then the connection was terminated.
Thank you for the suggestion.!
