I went to book two tickets (Swiss travel pass) earlier today. I typed and selected everything accurately and went to make the payment. I confirmed on my banking app that I want to make the payment and the money was deducted however once made the SBB site said that it was unable to complete or some sort of error occurred. The page refreshed and I was left with no tickets but the money was taken. After speaking to an agent on the site they said
“Your booking attempt was not successful.
With your data (first name, name, e-mail address) we have not found any order.
You have received neither an order number nor a confirmation e-mail from the SBB.
Therefore your account was not charged.“
What do I do now to get the money back?
