Arrival time changed when checkout

Hi, I am booking the ticket from Lugano -> Milano which is the list shown it will takes about 1.15 hrs but when I checked out, the travel time has been changed to 4 hrs.

Details:
Arcobaleno from Lugano to Milan
List shown : 10.02 -> 11.17
Actual shown when checkout : 10.02 -> 14.05

What is that mean?

Hi Pyme

This is the end of validity of the ticket, it is valid for 4 hours. You can take another train that arrives before 14:05 in Milan.

That’s mean I can take any trains which available from the departure time selected within 4 hours, am I right?

Yes, you are right, but the train must arrives in Milan before 14:05, you could take a train one hour or two hours later.

I forgot something: This ticket is not valid in the Eurocity (EC), only in the regional trains (RE 80).
