Is my B2P Swiss Travel Pass legit?

I have a Swiss Travel Pass 6 days voucher that i purchased from Weekender Breaks travel agency. it shows a Ticket ID # my name date of birth package B2P. No more information. No costumer #. No postcode. Traveling 6-14 November 2024 with my husband. We’re trying to get the SwissPass card but no luck without the information. I downloaded the SBBMobile because i’d like to have digital passes. Help. I need to confitm the vouchers are legit and how to get the Swiss Pass card Please!

We are not the SBB Customer Service and do not have access to the booking system to verify your ticket ID.

Please verify the validity of your travel pass with SBB directly by calling them: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).

You do not need the “Swiss Pass Card”. That is a plastic card used to store commuter and discount passes on (and it is unfortunate that the public transport companies have decided to call that the “Swiss Pass”).

The Swiss Travel Pass voucher you had should have come with instructions on how to exchange that for a real Swiss Travel Pass. That should be a PDF with a QR code on it. If “Weekender Breaks” is unable to give you that information than request a refund from your Credit Card provider as they have not delivered what you paid for. Then just buy the Swiss Travel Pass once you are here.
