As long as the address/hotel is along a public street accessible for small trucks, there is no limitation.
Whether your required transfer definitely works you will find out yourself when completing the order form.
Keep in mind that you must be in the possession of a train ticket to the same destination as you would like to send the luggage; the door-to-door and other luggage services are exclusively for public transport customers.
