Did you call the SBB Contact Center on that date when it happened? Did you give them the ID number of the ticket machine? Did they fill out the form to refund you the money back to your home address by a SBB gift card?
If not call again the SBB Contact Center and let them fill out the form for the refund request. You have to tell them the ID number of the ticket machine.
If yes, call again the SBB Contact Center to check your status for the refund request. Tell them the case number you received from the employeer.
